    前     言

    前言
    党的二十大报告提出:“健全网络综合治理体系,推动形成良好网络生态。”互联网已成为广大青少年了解世界、学习知识、休闲娱乐、交流交往的重要平台。但青少年使用网络便利和丰富学习生活的同时,也面临着违法和不良信息侵害、网络沉迷等多重风险。近年来,我国青少年网络娱乐行为管理体系日趋完善,对不良用网行为的监管日趋严格。2024 年1 月1 日起正式施行的《未成年人网络保护条例》(以下简称《条例》)是我国首部专门性的未成年人网络保护综合立法,对网络沉迷防治做出了具体规定。《条例》明确将网络素养教育纳入学校素质教育内容。目前“网络素养”是崭新的概念,几乎没有现成的教材。本书以青少年网络素养提升为切入点,基于《条例》要求,深入研究青少年在网络生活中的常见问题,将实际案例融入教学中,引导青少年树立良好的网络价值观,着力提升青少年网络素养。
    本书依据《中长期青年发展规划(2016—2025 年)》《关于加强网络文明建设的意见》的大纲要求,结合当前青少年在网络生活中的十大常见问题进行内容编排与章节组织。本书全面介绍了网络安全、网络娱乐、网络生活、网络学习4 个方面相关知识,共10 章。
    本书采用任务驱动式的教学组织,充分体现理实一体、知行合一,着力打造立体化精品教材。具体特色包括以下几个方面。
    第一,课程思政引领,将课程思政与实践创新相结合,将思政教育贯穿整个教学过程,引导读者建立良好的价值观、人生观、世界观。
    第二,教材内容包含10 个项目,每个项目进行递进式任务式分解,循序渐进,积极响应《国家职业教育改革实施方案》中的“三教”改革要求。
    第三,以典型工作场景为背景,结合典型化生活案例激发读者学习兴趣设计教学内容,以“聚焦服务社会、培养智能工匠”为主线,实施产教融合落地。
    第四,教材内容组织以“成果导向”引导学生自主学习,以真实岗位任务的工作过程为依据,由简到繁、由易到难、循序渐进地设计典型场景化项目和学习任务。教材内容组织结构符合基于BOPPPS 的参与式教学模式,即B(导入|任务场景)、O(目标|任务目标)、P(前测|任务准备)、P(参与式学习|任务演练、任务拓展)、P(后测|任务巩固)、S(总结|总结答疑),强化职业技能,保障教学效果。
    第五,本书配有微课、电子课件、课程标准、教案等教学资源,考虑学生需求开发课程资源、设计教学文件规范教师,形成一套能够起到示范作用的课程开发方案。有效激发学生主动学习的兴趣,引导读者自主探究。
    本书由浙江安防职业技术学院组织教师编写,由陈锋担任主编,傅贤君、易哲学担任副主编。

    作者简介

    陈锋,瓯江社科青年学者、博士、研究员。研究方向:网络传播、风险应对。曾任中共温州市委宣传部应急中心主任、温州发布主编、浙江安防学院宣传部副部长等岗位长期工作。入选首批浙江省高校党员干部教育培训优质师资库、首批市级名班主任工作室等荣誉称号。主持省、市级课题立项7项,主持横向课题56项。有关研究报告获得时任浙江省副省长、温州市委书记等省市领导批示13次,区委书记、区长批示8次;发表SCI论文2篇、EI 1篇、重点论文22篇,专著1本,获发明专利2项、实用新型8项,软著4项;现担任温州市网络舆情专家、鹿城区网络安全顾问、瓯海区决策咨询委委员、市统计局、市交运集团等行风监督员等社会兼职。
