前 言
在学校教育中应用现代教育技术,既是教育内在发展的要求,也是现代信息技术发展
的结果。自从2000 年中小学普及信息技术教育以来,以计算机和网络为核心的现代信息技
术在学校教育中蓬勃发展,从早期的数字校园到当前的智慧校园,学校的信息化环境发生
了重大变迁。最显著的是教学媒体从教师控制的、单终端的多媒体计算机和电子白板演示
环境发展成了师生平等控制的、多终端的交互式云环境。与此同时,师生的工作、学习、
生活和娱乐等实践形态也在发生重大变迁。尤其随着“互联网+”时代的到来,信息爆炸加
速,知识半衰期锐减,人们通过敏捷、精准提取网络知识来支持决策和解决问题成为新常
态,数字化生存成为新常态,知识观、学习观、教学观、师生观等不断革新。总之,现代
信息技术推动学习与教学的内在条件与外在条件都发生了变化。作为未来教师,师范专业
学生需要了解这种变化并且做好现代教育技术技能准备。
现代教育技术主要包括硬件、软件和潜件,其中,软件为现代教育核心技术。因此,
本教材以软件应用为中心来构建内容体系,分成“应用理论篇”、“软件应用篇”、“硬件应
用篇”和“综合应用篇”4 个部分。“应用理论篇”介绍了现代教育技术的基本概念,教师
专业发展的信息技术趋向、理论基础精要和教学设计精要。“软件应用篇”侧重文本、图像、
音频、视频和动画素材的获取与处理技术,PPT 课件制作技术,数字故事和微课设计与制
作技术。“硬件应用篇”侧重现代教学媒体的系统构架、投影系统的操作技术、扩音系统的
操作技术。“综合应用篇”关注翻转课堂和智慧课堂两个热点。其中,微课、数字故事、翻
转课堂与智慧课堂是比较新的教学内容。
为了突出应用,本教材还在相关章节中设计了若干实践项目,涵盖了中小学、幼儿园
教师常用的现代教育技术。本书主要针对师范专业学生编写,也可用于中小学、幼儿园教
师现代教育技术应用能力培训或教学参考。
梁兴连编写了第1 章、第2 章、第3 章、第4 章、第9 章、第13 章、第14 章,汪崇
渝编写了第5 章、第10 章,陈林编写了第6 章、第8 章、第11 章、第15 章,王泽钰编写
了第7 章,郭飞编写了第12 章、第16 章和第17 章,全书由梁兴连统稿完成。
