    前     言

    随着信息化技术的快速发展与演化,基于信息系统的体系对抗作战已成为现代战争的主要
    形态。指挥信息系统是集指挥、控制、通信、计算机、情报、侦察及监视能力为一体的信息系
    统体系,而“制信息权”是影响信息化战争进程和结局的关键,是掌握战场主动权的前提,也
    是作战体系之间对抗的核心。如何实现“从信息优势转化为决策优势,进而形成作战行动优势”,
    是现代指挥信息系统构建的理论基础与工程技术应用的主线。
    本书从专业理论与工程技术应用相结合的角度,全面、系统地介绍和分析了指挥信息系统
    专业的军事需求、理论基础、系统组成与功能、关键技术及其体系标准应用。全书分为7 章,
    首先详细阐述了指挥信息系统理论所涉及的作战指挥体制、网络中心战,指挥控制的概念、过
    程及模型;其次进一步讲述了战场情报信息综合处理、战场态势评估与运用、作战筹划及作战
    方案设计等指挥信息系统专业所涉及的基本概念与原理、关键支撑技术与方法;最后对指挥信
    息系统结构建模与评估、指挥信息系统体系结构框架及发展进行了详细的说明,进一步拓展了
    指挥信息系统专业技术领域的内涵与工程应用。
    本书内容取材新颖,覆盖面较广,深入浅出,注重理论与实践相结合。在编著过程中,参
